John is apparently missing something important. Did something happen after the marker was placed or was this by design. I know many people who just can't get ahead...
John is the most wordless of the wordless.
The earlier centuries in this country produced some of the most intriguingly ghoulish monumental art ever. It very well could be that the lacuna is intentional.
